Room was clean and comfortable overall. A fan would be a plus because there is not much airflow in the unit. Parking at the facility is valet, so you have to wait for your vehicle.

The condo was very nice.The furniture in the living room was very comfortable. The view out the windows was very nice with a partial view of the ocean.The unit was across the hall from the elevators so some noise was heard but not really objectionable. The hotel resort was very nice with pool and on beach tiki bar, which was great inside Italian restaurant was wonderful. Mattresses need to be replaced.

Steps to the sand was accurate. This property is run down, the pool and chairs were unclean. The beach restaurant smelled like garabage the first day, we left and never returned. They apparently have security issues as my bag was searched and was asked whether or not I had a firearm when I was walking to the beach. The curtains in the condo smelled like cigarettes. This is a pet friendly property and there were dogs barking day and night accross the hall. When I called downstairs they said that nothing could be done.
