    Cozy and bright 1-bedroom, 1-bath unit in the desirable Coral Ridge neighborhood of Fort Lauderdale. Featuring a comfortable bed, a modern bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen, this home offers a relaxing living area and dining space perfect for meals or work. Ideal for couples or solo travelers, it’s just minutes by car from Fort Lauderdale Beach, local shops, and restaurants, providing both comfort and convenience for your stay.

    The space:

    This charming 1-bedroom, 1-bath unit features a comfortable main bed and a living room with a sofa that easily converts into a queen bed for extra guests. The open living area includes a cozy lounge space, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining area perfect for meals or working remotely. Thoughtful touches throughout create a warm, inviting environment ideal for couples, solo travelers, or small groups

    Guest access:

    Self check-in: Complete check-in instructions and access code will be provided 48 hours before arrival.

    Other things to note:

    Please note that there are other guests staying in the property, so we ask that you be respectful of each other. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM, in accordance with Fort Lauderdale regulations. Thank you for helping us maintain a peaceful environment

    Pool and Tiki Hut:
    The pool and tiki hut are shared with guests from other units. However, it’s rare for everyone to use the area at the same time, so there’s usually plenty of space for everyone to enjoy comfortably.

    PET FEE:
    Maximum of 2 pets allowed for max 25lbs each. Will charge $50 per pet per day

    Our pool is maintained at a comfortable 82°F. If you’d like it heated further, please let us know at least 8 hours in advance and we’ll be happy to arrange it for a small daily fee. Thank you!

Stayed 3 nights with my children ages 10 and 15. Check in was smooth and easy. Property manager has amazing communication. The property looked exactly like the pics. The house was very clean, pool area was great. The neighborhood was safe with most things close by. The Fort Lauderdale beach is 15 mins away. Beautiful beach. Overall stay was 100/10

Husband and I traveled for holidays with a newborn and this place was the perfect atmosphere. The only reason I rated 4 instead of 5 stars was because we got locked out of the house one day because the code didn't work. Had to message the host and get a physical key for the remainder of our stay but once that was fixed our stay was still great.
