Great stay / 1 thing
It was a very unique stay and fun experience loved the design and upstairs bedroom. Only complaint / advice I would say is the room would just get very hot during the day with the sun coming in so we bought a fan to help solve that but other than that loved it and would recommend .

A unique stay with a beautiful view!!
We enjoyed our night at the beachside bungalow! The bed was super comfortable and the temperature inside the apartment was perfect. I really enjoyed the outdoor features, which allowed me to work remotely with a beautiful view! The only strange things we noticed was a lack of light switches and outlets in relation to the bed. The indoor astroturf was also not the coziest feature, but definitely aligned with the unique theming.

Great for watching boats on the river
Cozy clean property, great deck overlooking the river and boat traffic. We watched a crew team practice while sipping our afternoon cocktails. Beds were comfortable and clean. Air units referenced in a previous post were working properly. Standard coffee maker, dishes , not a lot of pans but we did not cook, only warmed leftovers. Very heavily themed decor but fun. Rope lighting was a fun touch. Not many living room lights. Overall, great location and facilities. Would definitely stay again. Of note, the property is not new so it has quirks in the bathroom consistent with older construction but was clean and no issues

Cute, but VERY dirty
So the location is great, right on the water. The check in was easy and unit had a beachy vibe. BUT, there were hairs on the bathroom floor, filthy around the commode, shower was disgusting, could not even use it. The beds had no fitted sheets on them (host did have some brought to us) bedding smelled of urine, just very uncomfortable. The next door neighbor ran his generator most of the evening, so we could not enjoy the porch facing the water. Then in the night the AC went off, which caused the unit to be extremely hot. I did get up and turn it back on, so after a few hours it was comfortable again. The around 5am, the noise from outside sounded like a construction sight, woke us from a less than stellar night anyway....THEN, the AC started making a horrible racket, like a plane propeller, so I again was without AC. Overall it was a TERRIBLE experience. I did contact the host, and he did bring sheets and offered to resend someone to clean. That was just not acceptable. It was already in the evening and I did not want someone NOW coming in to clean. It should have been clean when we arrived.

Cute decor, nice layout, a bit of a walk to restaurants
This is a great little place. The stairs to the upstairs bed are a little steep. The bed and pillows were comfortable, kitchen was well equipped. Great layout. Cute decorations! It’s right on Ocean Drive, so some traffic noise during the day. Not bad at night. Restaurants are a 10 min walk. A car is helpful, but not required. I loved sitting out back and watching the boats go by! Right on the inter coastal, and only 1 block from the beach.
