“The transportation is very convenient, but the facilities are a bit old ”

“I have been to many NYC hotels and after Covid it was difficult to find one I liked (after my go-to hotel closed). I look for a reasonable price (for NYC - it's still expensive), comfortable room, location away from Times Square, but still in a thriving area and good amenities. Hotel Henri is the best I have found in a long time that meets those criteria. I am a tea drinker so I was especially happy that the room had both a coffee maker and a water boiler. You will be near Madison Square Park,……

“I can only say the location is ok. but the hotel 's facility is quite old, the door lock is not sensitive to the key card. And the bathroom hygiene situation is very bad, you can see the photos and judge by yourself. And sometime the neighbour might smoke, i call the reception few times and they said they can arrange the security to check, but waht i need is changing the room to real non smoking area, and they didn't follow up for this request. I think they have many things need to be revamped.”
