「The house was clean. Clear instruction's. 」

「House was spotless, and furniture was very comfortable. Location was perfect between Spanish Springs and Lake Sumter. Host was easy to get ahold of to answer any of our questions. Would stay here again!!!」

「Very close to WEC and Golden Ocala (10 minutes), which was super helpful for our stay. There was a small issue with the coffee pot, and as soon as I wrote to the host about it, the housekeeper who lives nearby was there, and they resolved it that day. Incredibly responsive host - truly went above and beyond. Even the housekeeper offered to bring my colleague's lost luggage into the house after it was delivered to the porch since we were gone at a conference for the day. The lot is mostly wooded...

「The owners are fantastic to deal with, open, prompt and easy to communicate with. As for the home, GORGEOUS! The first thing you do when you open the front door is take in the welcoming odor of the air freshener! The home is decorated as if a pro did it and meticulously kept. Ironically, it was just like being at home. Thank you Scot & Jennifer.」

「Nice place inside - clean, comfortable, cozy. Nothing outside except two chairs and a small 1-foot-high grill, and no table. Plus, the water does not drain from the sink in the master bedroom.」

「Place was clean and in a quiet area. However the bed situation was horrible. The King size bed was well used to the point there was 2 indends where people sleep. Then the 2nd room that says it has a Queen size bed isn’t. They have a full size bed which is definitely interesting for 2 adults to sleep on comfortably. You would be better off sleeping on the floor with how hard this bed is. The golf cart if very old and reallly really slow.」

「The host Richard was great in communicating with us. The place is spacious and worked for what we needed it for. Could use some updating, a hairdryer, iron and ironing board. Easy, convenient in and out access. We didn’t use the pool. It wasn’t very clean. All in all great for the price. 」
