We were happy to be able to check in early. The house is in a great location and has a lovely view. We could also bring our dog. Loved it…The kitchen could be better stocked as far as serving dishes and it could use little freshening up and maintenance on the outside. But it worked for what we needed and the weather was awesome. Close to shops, stores and the beach most importantly! Fort Myers is great

Mother & Daughters get away

Great getaway for my elderly mother with her 4 daughters along. Mother enjoyed looking out at port all the sailboats and boats going by, walking to the beach, and watching sunsets at the beach. Thank you for the prompt attention to booking and setting the place up.

We stayed over Christmas break. We absolutely loved the location. There was a lot of boat activity all day long that we enjoyed watching from the lanai! Short walk to the beach. I’ve been coming to FMB since I was a kid and bringing my kids since they were babies. They are now 19 and 16. My mom was also with us. The rooms were all very comfortable. Plenty of space. The kitchen wasn’t super well stocked, but we made it work with disposable foil pans for Christmas dinner. This was possibly our favorite house we have stayed in on FMB….. we’ve rented plenty over the years. We love to be right in the beach. But we bring our dog and my mom. This was a close 2nd to being right on the beach. We loved it. We had several issues with oven and dishwasher but the property managers were very prompt to fixing the issues. I would recommend this property and would stay here again!

House was clean. The only problem we had was a/c could not keep up. It was 81 degrees at 11pm in 2 of the bedrooms (primary room and room without the tv). I did call mamangement company to come take a lool and maintance guy said small ac big house. We loved everything elsr about the house.
