Great location & communication
The property is located closer to Estero Island than Fort Myers Beach. Many restaurants are now open up towards Forty Myers beach-by the bridge. There are limited restaurants and food trucks in between. Since traffic was heavy during the dinner hours, we headed south towards Bonita shores as traffic was more reasonable. We loved the beaches down that way as well. We loved the location of the unit on the harbor with great views of boats and dolphins. The pool was clean and residents were very nice. CVS and beach shop are close by. The beach access was not easy to get to (due to construction, private property and no trespassing signs) and quite a walk up the street. We are walkers so it just took a bit more time to get there. Communication was great with the rental company. They even sent over a blender after I inquired about one and fixed the TV connection to Wifi. The unit does not have a washer/dryer however the guest laundry (quarter operated) is 3 steps away. The thermostat is regulated by the rental company so it cannot be changed.
