Great location, all essentials provided, beautiful!

Owners were very responsive, the property was quiet, beautifully decorated, all the essential items provided. Condo was directly across the street from Publix which was very convenient. Great view of the beach from the balcony. Will stay again!

Great Place!!

Condo was in good condition and clean. Great for a family of 4. We enjoyed our time here. Small hiccup in checking in but the owner was quick to correct the problem which was greatly appreciated! The beach was beautiful! Would stay here again!

Great beach access!

This property is literally right on the beach. Condo was very clean and comfortable. A little hiccup with checkin after hours but Alicia was very responsive and rectified the situation immediately. Will definitely stay here again.

Central location

The central location made it easy to explore North to Captiva and Sanibel, and South to Naples. Hosts were super responsive to questions, answering quickly and to our satisfaction. The kitchen had the essentials, and nice that the grocery was right across the street.

Girl's trip

The condo was adequate for our needs. It was clean and well equipped with towels, beach supplies, etc. The location right on the beach was awesome! And having a grocery store across the street was very convenient. We would gladly rent this unit again for future girl's trips.

relaxing getaway

The condo was clean and had enough room. It may have been cramped for more than 4 people. It had everything we needed, beach chairs, towels. Perfect location. The elevator could have used an air freshener.

Beautiful location

Our stay was anything short of perfect. The location of the condo along with amenities were perfect for us. Only downfall were smokers that were nearby our balcony which was unpleasant but nothing that could be controlled by the unit. The unit was very clean and beautiful. Balcony views were amazing. Grounds where very well up-kept. We would highly recommend this unit to future renters. Couldn’t ask for anything more. Thank you for a beautiful few days!

Spring Break

Spent 5 days at the property and had a great time. Place was very clean and met out needs. Hosts are super responsive. The resort was small but that was a plus as beaches, chairs and pool weren't crowded. I can't say enough how great it was to have a Publix literally right across street. My only compliant would be the time between check out and check in. The (6) hour gap is a bit excessive. I wish the resort would upgrade to key card access too. The physical keys got annoying. Neither of those complaints really detracted from our stay, though.

Short Family Vacation

Rental property was in a great location. Away from the busy downtown area. Right on the water. Pool was clean. Elevator was slow and hot, but to be expected with an older property. Well stocked kitchen, but not a lot of storage for snacks/meal items. Master shower drain stunk when taking showers, smelled of sulfur. We all used the hall bathroom for the shower, as it was larger and did not have a smell. The house worked great for our family of 4, but would be a tight fit for any more than that. Grocery store across the street was very convenient. Overall a great place to stay in a great location. Take a day trip to Lovers Key State Park, that was definitely a favorite!
