Wonderful 3-bedroom condo in beautiful, gated PASEO Community in Ft. Myers! Paseo is an award winning Community! Enjoy open floor plan with all new furniture, beds & furnishings. Full kitchen, dining area, and family room with 3 beautiful bedrooms upstairs and washer & dryer. 2-car garage includes 2 bikes for your use! Located minutes from the beach, beautiful Sanibel Island, Naples, shopping, golf & many restaurants. Enjoy “resort like" amenities - Pools, Fitness Center and more!
The space:
Paseo has “Resort like” amenities with an amazing adult pool, kiddie pool, lap pool, first-class fitness center, full service spa, tiki bar/grill, hot tub, ice cream & coffee shop, bocce ball, tennis, basketball and pickleball courts, weekly food trucks, live entertainment, bistro, movie theater, Irish Pub, and library!
The entire complex is beautifully landscaped and very clean! You will love the beauty of our neighborhood surrounded by the pristine environment of the Six-Mile Cypress Preserve. This is an incredible place to live & play!
You will have a fully stocked kitchen with extras like beach towels, 3 bikes available for your use as well as outdoor furniture on front patio. Cable TV and high speed internet are free and included. No extra fees for using all the PASEO amenities!
Condo is a very quiet end unit in a great location, across the street from a lake and a short walk or 1 min drive to the main pool and fitness complex with all the awesome amenities! Condo includes a two car garage with three bikes (1 large men's, 1 medium women's and 1 small girls bike) that you can use to cruise along the many awesome bike and walking paths along the Paseo lakes. Enjoy the cool little farm (Southern Fresh Farms) and Micro-Brewery (Crazy Dingo Brewery) across the street from the Paseo entrance! Open on weekends. Fun things for the kids & good beer! You can have an awesome stay and not even leave the complex!
Located only 12 minutes from the Ft. Myers airport and just minutes from SW Florida beaches, beautiful Sanibel Island, Naples, shopping, golf, museums and many restaurants. 10 minutes to the Boston Red Sox (JetBlue Park at Fenway South) and Minnesota Twin's (CenturyLink Sports Complex) Spring Training ball parks!
This is the perfect condo for your very special family vacation or perhaps this is your opportunity to work remotely from a resort in SW Florida or enjoy a beautiful place to rent while you search for your perfect vacation or retirement home! Would be a perfect condo for those starting a new job in the area and/or traveling from overseas and wanting to explore beautiful Southwest Florida!

Paseo is an exclusive community that only allows rentals of 30 days or longer. The PASEO HOA requires guests to fill out an application online and submit a $100 application fee that is paid directly to Paseo. The HOA Rental Application Process must start 30 days prior to you staying at our condo. Please plan accordingly!
Absolutely no pets and no smoking.
For guests booking November, December, January, February, or March. You must book those months starting with the first day of the month and ending with the last day of the month unless the owner approves you starting your vacation mid-month. if no approval from the owner, you will need to reschedule your dates to begin with the first of the month.
