Nice !

Condo was very clean. Whoever does the cleaning should get 5+ stars! Well stocked with cookware. We brought our own beach gear, but there was a whole closet full of beach stuff for someone did not bring their own.

Great property and location

My wife and I had a great time on our trip. Room was well equipped and very clean. Great communication and ease of use. If you are looking for a relaxing stay without the typical tourist hassle, this is the place for you.

Overall the stay was great. There are a few things on the property that need to be taken care of. The laundry facilities need cleaning and updating. Would not use. Also windows in lobby B are filthy and in need of cleaning. K Just so happened tgat they were doing repairs on Bldg A most of the week . The noise was overwhelming at the pool. You could barely have a conversation over the noise. Glad I didn’t stay in that building . Our condo was very nice. Rating a 4 because of the fail noise with the repairs at the pool

Enjoyable stay

We have stayed in many VRBO condos and this one by far was exceptionally clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable The owner has pretty much provided everything you need for an enjoyable stay at the beach. Beach towels and chairs, an umbrella and even cooler bags and reusable ice. The condo is on the small size but perfect for a couple. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need. We spent our evenings on the balcony listening to the waves. The owner was very prompt in responding to text messages. We would definitely return here.

Everything you need is right here. Fully stocked kitchen, comfortable bed, breezy patio for outdoor relaxing and watching the amazing sunsets. Steps from the beach. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance.

We loved our stay at EBT, the property description is 100% accurate and we would stay here again. We only used our rental car three times in 8 days as everything is within walking distance. Shopping, restaurants, beach, pool and for us even getting in great beach walks every morning. LOVED everything and it's one of our favorite places by far.

Great location and stay

The condo is very nice and clean! Great view from the balcony, comfortable bed and furniture, plus it has everything you need for a fun day at the beach! We have stayed at Estero Beach and Tennis for the past 5 years because we prefer a quieter beach and less crowded area. This was our first time in this particular unit and we will definitely book it again!

Clean, comfortable and convenient stay with many nice amenities! We stayed over the Christmas holidays 2021 and had the best time. Beach chairs, umbrella, beach cart and coolers made our stay all the more delightful. The owner was quick to respond to any questions and our stay made a very special Christmas for us. Some things could be addressed, bed not as comfortable as expected, the coolers weren't as clean as expected, the beach chairs are on their last legs, found someone's underwear under the dresser when checking before leaving/check out, pluses; the area is a good area, plenty of restaurants within walking distance, the view was as expected, wonderful, the place is nice for the $$, just those little things could be addressed, other tenants were very nice and approachable, we had a good time and would recommend the rental, perfect for a couple on holiday

Perfect Get Away

My girlfriend and I spent an amazing week in this beautiful property and could not have asked for a better place to stay. The condo was beautifully furnished and stocked with everything needed for a problem free stay. We watched dolphins from the balcony while we had breakfast each morning. The beach was a very short walk away and was beautiful. The condo was well stocked with everything that we needed for a perfect beach vacation and the location was perfect. It will be even better when the road construction is finished. We definitely plan to return and would love to stay here again. We had no problems and everything was perfect!

Beautiful condo

Great location with an awesome view. Short drive from plenty of restaurants/shops, and a few were walkable right across the street if you needed anything. The beach was lovely and the condo had everything we needed. No complaints, highly recommend Jana’s condo!! Thanks again!
