Just steps away from The Club at Gateway, which offers both golf and social memberships. Breezy Lanai. Main bedroom with spacious en-suite bathroom and walk in closet. Guest bedroom with closet and en-suite access to second bathroom. Quaint breakfast area and large pantry, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances. Both bathrooms have been updated. Washer and dryer in unit. Association pool and spa are steps away. Neighborhood park with basketball and sand volleyball courts are one mile away along with an Olympic community pool. Walk or bike to the scenic Butterfly Park. Miles of scenic bike and jogging paths. Fishing spots. Easy access to RSW International Airport, I 75, Jet Blue Park, countless shopping and dining venues. Located in Gateway are restaurants and a local brewery, salons, convenience store, a gas station, banks and churches. Electric, Cable, internet, garbage and recycling included. The place was very clean. Kitchen, flooring and condo looked new. Communication with owner was easy. Nice pool within a short walk. I would stay here again.
