This delightful Fort Myers home in a serene neighborhood is ideal for families and offers a blend of comfort, recreation, and convenience.
The property features 4 bedrooms with a variety of bed sizes: 1 King, 2 Queen, and 2 Twin beds. Guests will find 2 bathrooms equipped with a hairdryer and shower. Please note, for your security, we have exterior only cameras monitoring the driveway, front door, and pool area. Your privacy is important; there are no cameras inside.

Living spaces:
A comfortable living room features a large television for relaxation.
A screened and covered lanai provides ample seating, a foosball table, and a private, heated pool with an attached spa.
A game room is available, offering a pool table, darts, and a selection of board games.
The house is equipped with both heating and air conditioning for guest comfort.
Due to its Convenient location, the property's back borders a main road, separated by a wall and foliage. While traffic noise can be heard by the pool, the house is equipped with hurricane-grade windows, which are known for their sound-reducing properties. They effectively minimize the sounds heard inside, due to their thick laminated glass and tight seals that prevent sound from entering.

Our neighborhood offers a peaceful, family-friendly atmosphere with a focus on recreation and convenient access to amenities.
It is known for its beautiful scenery, including waterfront properties along the Caloosahatchee River, and a Country Club.
Visitors can enjoy golf at the Country Club, known for its challenging 18-hole course.
Nearby parks include Lakes Regional Park, Six Mile Cypress Slough Preserve, and Hunter Park, offering opportunities for outdoor activities and nature appreciation.
Beechwood Bungalow is conveniently located near downtown Fort Myers, Fort Myers Beach, and Southwest Florida International Airport.

We loved our stay at Beechwood Bungalow. It was a perfect space for the four of us and offered all the comforts of home. The location was perfect for us - just a short drive to Fort Myers Beach, restaurants, shops, airport, etc. Cynthia was very responsive to our questions and needs. We would absolutely book this accommodation again.
