"Stay was ok for the price. Ice machine had floaters in the bottom, so didn’t want to get ice if water was recycled. Bathtub was rusting out. Breakfast was sub par.
Was a very quiet stay though. Room was very large with high ceilings."
"The only complaint I had was the terrible odor in the elevators and on the ground floor outside the elevators. It was a very strong bad smell that persisted the length of our stay. The rooms also lacked any charging ports outside of normal outlets."
Comfort Inn & Suites Junction City - near Fort Riley
2/10 Terrible
"I checked into room 115 at 11:15 p after a long day of driving. Entering the room, I noticed a musty smell and a kennel smell. I assume that this room is a pet-friendly room due to the smell and its location on the first floor. I have stayed at this hotel with my dog in the past. I figured that I coud deal with the smell for one night, and because it was so late, I did not make a "stink" about it. I took a shower and prepared for bed. When I came out of the shower I was dive bombed by a large fly. I managed to take it out with a hand towel. As I was dressing something landed on my foot. I jumped. I looked around for the culprit and saw a large black cricket. It hopped away and went into the closet where I could not find it. I put a towel at the base of the door and hoped that it would sleep in there. ("Jumping" ahead, there was a dead cricket on the floor in the bathroom the next morning-same one?)
As I finished preparing for bed, another fly divebombed me. I never found that one.
The room has 2 double beds and I chose the one closest to the front of the room. When I pulled the covers down I saw a large yellow moldy stain on the fitted sheet. I moved to the other bed. I travel with a weighted blanket, I slept on top of the flat sheet and used my travel pillow.
My phone did not charge while plugged into the lamp, so I moved the chair away from an outlet on the wall. The floor under the chair was soaking wet. Musty smell culprit.
No discount bc I booked thru Expedia."
"No hair dryer. No iron. No facial tissues.
Smoke detector was in a drawer in the bedside table, not on the wall.
Bottom of shower curtain was dirty. Pillow case was dirty.
Toilet made a loud clunking sound everytime you sat on it.
Faucet in sink moved around.
Toilet paper in the bathroom was very hard to reach.
We did not eat the breakfast."
