"The best thing about this place honestly was the staff. They let me check in early because my room is ready and they let me check out late as a courtesy and it helped my family tremendously. That is how it always should be with a top level hotel or resort. Those little things help me tremendously and now I’ll be going there for many many years to come."

"Beautiful home! Very open, roomy and super clean. We really enjoyed our stay over New Years and especially took advantage of the pool table, card table & ping pong table!! Used the SHARC passes for swimming in the indoor pool which the kids absolutely loved. The customer service Arrived provided was wonderful - asked if we could check in a couple hrs early and they accomodated. We also discovered that the heating system was not working so we contacted Arrived and they immediately helped trouble shoot until it was determined that dead batteries in the wall thermostat were the problem. They told us where extra batteries were stored and the issue was solved! There are a few appliances that could be upgraded but they were in working order so it was not a problem. More lighting thoughout the house could be added - it was pretty dark in some areas including bedrooms. It would be nice to possibly put ceiling fans with lights in them in all rooms to brighten things up - especially at night. We absolutely loved our stay and will 100% be back at a future date! :)"

"We loved this house! Shared with 3 families (5 adults and 3 kids ages 1, 7 and 7) and we felt like we had plenty of space. Location is great for biking everywhere - it’s so close to the SHARC and the Village! Description and pics were accurate, kitchen had all the basic needs, house was clean and communication with management company was great. "

"Great house for large family. Lots of room to spread out and for privacy but also room to gather. Beautiful views of the golf course and the indoor pool if fun for little kids or to do some laps in the morning or evening. Close to fort rock and all sunriver has to offer. Owner offers other amenities as well and very helpful. "

"Wonderful house with great amenities. My favorite is the 240 V outlet in the garage. I Was able to charge my Tesla without having to drive to bend. Very well equipped kitchen and lots of pantry items available. Kids loved the ping pong table. Multiple bikes available in the garage. "
