The room was clean but had a musty smell, fortunately I had some air freshener with me. The ice machine was broken so we had to go to the office to get ice and the towels are small and threadbare in places. We never saw any staff except the nice lady in the office. I expected more for over $300, plus a $100 security deposit we got hit with when we checked in. Overall it was a disappointing stay.

We had stayed at this facility last year and everything was great clean rooms really nice room set up. This time the lobby air conditioner was out and it’s been in and out for several weeks according to the staff. The room had wall plates off of it and a roach was found.

They have a 3 o’clock check-in time no matter if the room is empty or not I got there at 10 o’clock. I had to wait four hours before I could check in. I had traveled all day. I was tired. The room was empty and clean. There’s no reason that they can’t let you have the room they’re just cheating the public out of their time that they rented a room for I want the whole world to know this the hotels that make you wait even if they have an empty clean room they should let you check into it and besides that this particular hotel didn’t have any ice.

Front desk person was very sweet! That’s the only positive comment I can make. Room was old and not clean! Had a weird smell and felt humid inside. Toilet made weird noise and shower shot water straight up to ceiling. Definitely would not recommend . Needs serious updating and a deep clean.

Honest review: Older property but clean. Front desk staff were very friendly. Breakfast was the usual. Floor in the bathroom gets wet every time you take a shower because of the way the curtain rod was installed. Quiet. Would stay again.
