The staff do not respond to the phone, or the door in a timely manner (or at all). But it's not a bad place to stay as long as you get there at a decent time to check in. The lights flicker sometimes, might be a little haunted, but not bad for the price, although personally I think it should still be a bit cheaper.

This was one of the worst hotel stays we have had and that's saying a lot because we were staying in Sallisaw. These rooms are infested with baby roaches, walls look like someone peed on them, and all bedding had disgusting blood stains. When we tried to reach a manager to let them know we have called everyday since we left as well as expedia and there is never a manager to speak to. We were forced to book another two rooms at another hotel after one night of our fully paid week. We chose to pay for two rooms all over again because of how bad it was. The management is a joke, the front desk is rude when trying to get ahold of management, and the rooms are DISGUSTING!!! If grown men who work on dirty job sites all day are refusing to stay in this hotel theres a reason.
