“It is a lovely hotel, quiet and clean. Located in a great downtown area with several eateries and stores nearby. Check in was easy, staff were very helpful and knowledgeable about the amenities available at the hotel. Although we didn’t take advantage of any of them it was nice to know they were available. We had dinner at the North Bar and Grill in the hotel and it was excellent. I have stayed here previously and would do so again and would recommend it to family and friends.”

“Room cleaning was awkwardly placed at the end of the day and not convenient to our visit. There was no way to change the room cleaning.”

“We travel with kids, so a pool is an important factor when choosing a hotel. At check-in, we were told the pool was “a bit cooler than usual” but that the hot tub was working.
Unfortunately, the pool was absolutely freezing and the hot tub was barely warmer than the pool. We understand that maintenance issues happen, but we would have appreciated honesty at check-in. If we had been told the amenities were essentially unusable, we could have chosen to cancel rather than discover the issue after……
