「Property was exactly as described and was very clean. The owner was great with communication. The property had everything we needed for a great stay. The location is great and is only about a 10 to 15 minute walk down to the beach and the main part of town. 」

「Location and the property itself was perfect for 5 girls, the only issue we had was with communication. For those who confirm their stay, I suggest you to contact the host directly for check-in information as a wrong location was given to us via the email that is sent automatically the day before check-in. Host is aware about this issue but still has not changed it. Vague check-in and check-out details. 」

「We had an amazing stay! The suite was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed. It truly felt like home away from home. The shower was awesome, and everything was set up to make our stay easy and relaxing, down to the treats the host left for us! We found ourselves talking about it even after we left, and compared it to our next stay quite a bit, it really set the bar high! Super clean, cozy, and convenient. We walked to our concert at PNE Coliseum! We'd definitely stay here again. 」

「4.5 Stars. Very nice property in an excellent location. Good communication and easy check-in. The house was nice, clean and comfortable. We came during hot weather, and were a bit surprised to discover that there is no air conditioning. It was pretty warm inside, so keep this in mind if you come during the summer. Apparently, many homes in Vancouver do not have air conditioning. The neighborhood is close to downtown, and seems quite safe. There are quite a few stores, restaurants and bars...

「Very relaxing spot to stay compared to the condos near Richmond center. The host got back to us quickly any time we messaged, and checking in and out was very straightforward, so no need to worry about that. The rooms were clean as in the pictures and had all the basics needed for a comfortable stay. Very happy and will consider it when we're back in the area!」

「Lovely basement apartment in a quiet neighborhood close to BC1 and walking distance to restaurants, shops and SeaBus. Bus stop 3 minute walk away. Apartment is nicely decorated, upgraded bathroom and comfortable bed. Even a private patio table for two outside! All amenities as described, didn't need to buy any necessities except food and drink. Host was very responsive and so nice. Highly recommended!」
