"From the moment we were greeted at chech in by Liberty, I was beyond impressed. Located inside the airport for maximum convenience, it was quick to get to so as to rest after a long flight. Gorgeous room with do many toiletries for convenience. The most comfortable bed, pillows abd the duvet felt like a cloud! Staff were incredible! The lounge was so comfortable and had a singer crooning as we arrived. Will definitely stay again!! "

From check-in to check-out, every interaction reflected a high level of customer service. It’s clear that the team takes pride in creating a positive guest experience, and that effort did not go unnoticed. Unfortunately, the condition of the room did not meet the same standard. Cleanliness was a concern, particularly in the bathroom. The bathtub was visibly worn, and there was mold present in the tile, which is both unappealing and unacceptable from a hygiene standpoint. This alone detracted significantly from the overall comfort of the stay. Additionally, the television was outdated and did not function as expected. In an era where basic amenities are often seamless and modern, this felt like a noticeable oversight. In summary, while the staff truly elevated the experience with their professionalism and care, the hotel would benefit greatly from improvements in cleanliness and updated in-room amenities. With some attention to these issues, this property has the potential to match the quality of its excellent team."
