"We had such a nice stay at Alex’s property in Marpole. The location was ideal and was walkable to the several restaurants and a Safeway nearby. When we first arrived, we found the downstairs to be generally clean (aside from the dirty rug). It could have used a sweep but no other issues. Then we walked upstairs and the bedroom and upstairs bathroom smelled a bit musty (like sweaty body order). We ended up walking to the Safeway down the street to buy an air freshener and didn’t end up using the...

"An older historic home, but the room still felt a good mix of modern historic with up to date amenities. It was decorated historically, but definitely kept clean and tidy. No weird smells. It was a very relaxing stay. Highly recommend. Within minutes of coffee shops. A cafe and a bistro kitty corner to the establishment. 3 minute drive to more stores and coffee shops or a small super market. Definitely thinking of returning in the future. "

"Amazing stay! Located in west side neighbourhood, 5 mins away from station, 1 min away from bus stop. It’s very convenient and easy to travel around Vancouver and Richmond. The interior of the house is glamorous and the room is very cosy with bath tub. Host is very friendly and always answer any questions promptly."

"This was our first VRBO and it will not be our last. Wonderful spot for the three of us, the kitchen, washing machine and separate rooms gave everyone their space - as if we were at our home. There were some questions we needed to ask and changes required - the VRBO app worked great and everything worked out."

"The Imperial house has exceeded my expectations. The house is clean with a shared bathroom. It has a refrigerator and coffee maker, microwave for easy access. The queen bed was a good size. The bed is comfortable with only 2 pillows but would have been nice if they provided extra pillows. Thank you for the free snack basket! The property is centrally located walking distance to Metrotown and La Foret. We will definitely come back!!"

"Nabeela and Eddie are lovely hosts who take pride in offering a comfortable, clean, and well appointed accommodation. The beds are comfortable and if you are bringing a pet, they have a private and fully fenced back yard. We also had a safe storage area for our bikes. If you enjoy mountain biking, this suite provides quick access to the North Shore and other nearby mountains."
