The Space:

This 1800 square foot loft apartment is nestled in the heart of downtown Fort Walton Beach. The second-floor balcony overlooks the Landing, a beautiful waterfront park, with an intracoastal waterway view. You are located within 100 meters of most of the bars, restaurants, entertainment downtown, and less than 2 miles from the beautiful beaches. The loft is adjacent to 2 large parking lots that are free 24-hour parking. The loft is perfect for families or just a getaway for you and a few friends. It has 1 king primary bedroom, 1 queen bedroom, 2 full baths, plus an open bunk room with two sets of bunk beds. Within walking distance is multiple restaurants, retail shops, and more!

Parking is available in any of the surrounding parking lots. The City and Downtown organizations host events at The Landing Park, directly across the street, throughout the year and you will have the best seat in town.
