To me everything was nice I would have actually enjoyed talking to a real style face to face. But it was close to where we needed to go it's clean and the staff was friendly

Pros: Pets are allowed and welcomed. The staff is really nice and provided what we asked for. Cons: Mattress and pillows were uncomfortable, the blanket was really thin more like a sheet. The bathroom was not maintained properly and bath tub was slippery.

The kiosk system is not a bad idea to manage multiple properties but when the primary language of the clerk is not English, this is a disaster! I reserved a ground floor room due to a knee injury and was given a second level room. When I asked for a ground level room, I was told that the only ground floor room available was for a handicapped occupant and I asked for it, I was told I could not have it. After climbing the stairs with my luggage, I found an elevator that was not disclosed prior to going to my room. This was not a pleasant stay at all!!

Convenient location, check in process was completed on a kiosk so I was a little nervous that there was no management on site, but I had no issues. The room had a terrible smell and the coverlets on the beds were filthy with big stains on them. I bought air freshener and a blanket. Other than that, the room was clean, no bugs. The ice machine worked.

No one at desk for check- in. Virtual check-in with no security on-site. Room smelled overwhelming like cigarettes. There were children running around complex screaming and causing disturbances. Come to find out the children belonged to the people in the parking lot working on old trucks dropping fuel tanks and everything else. Apparently they weren’t even staying there because they left after they repaired there truck. Terrible experience.

There's no staff on site, the entire location is run through a kiosk in the front lobby. The room was okay but if you have a problem there's nobody to call. Not a bad location if all you want to do is have a place to go to sleep and you don't have a long stay. The dog park across the streets very nice because the hotel self is dog friendly but there's not any grass at the location so the dog park helps.

Great area, quiet and maintained well. Normally I stay elsewere but decided on Regency this time-- I've been stayed here twice. However this time I did not feel comfortable or safe. I was put in a room at the back, where view gets blocked by parked cars. Men were standing around, some lighting up. My room had a bed that "thundered" whenever you got on it or moved (piece of metal ?!?). The toilet pitched forward sitting on it. I stayed one night but I had to change rooms. There was no way I could comfortably deal. The front desk staff obliged & I was thankful and appreciative. However it was extremely inconvenient because I had already spent one day in the room that did not suit my needs. In the new room, I found used soap & it's wrappings still in the bathroom from the prior guest, indicating that it had not been properly cleaned. However the room smelled okay, the AC worked, the card keys worked, the door latched, the hot/cold water was running, tv/remote worked, outlets by the bed accommodated cell phones & electrical plugs. Someone refreshed the room daily and left fresh towels and emptied garbage. Best of all I had quiet evenings where I got plenty of comfortable sleep. In conclusion, I was not initially satisfied but Regency took care of the problem quickly. If you care about safety or are a single woman traveling alone, request a room towards the front. Cars parked in the back limit view which can compromise safety.
