"Very very clean and amazing staff"

"Elevators extremely slow. One was broken all 4 days also. Resort was very loud. Full of children, baseball teams that were unsupervised. Restaurant staff very nice and attentive. Beach staff and tiki staff also very nice and attentive. Room not ready to check in at paid for time."

"Clean rooms, staff was great, breakfast was on point. The view to be the best is kind of unrealistic given that the layout of the hotel is vertical because of spacing. "

"There was hair in my tub, it won’t drain so you stand in water while showering. The sink had a dark ring around the drain. I took a rag a washed it, left so hopefully they will catch on to clean it. For the price I expected more! Bed was old, not comfortable at all. View was beautiful! "

"We absolutely love staying at the Beal House and will return every year. The rooms are quiet and clean. The Staff is helpful, pleasant and polite. The beach is amazing and the location is perfect with restaurants and stores nearby. Very few kids here but the ones that are seem to be well behaved. Thanks moms and dads See you next year!"

"Room smelled , door had to be slammed shut , we were next to the pool where loud music blared so long we chose to drive home in the middle of the night . "

"The kiosk system is not a bad idea to manage multiple properties but when the primary language of the clerk is not English, this is a disaster! I reserved a ground floor room due to a knee injury and was given a second level room. When I asked for a ground level room, I was told that the only ground floor room available was for a handicapped occupant and I asked for it, I was told I could not have it. After climbing the stairs with my luggage, I found an elevator that was not disclosed prior to going to my room. This was not a pleasant stay at all!!"
