The Modern Wing at The Declan House offers 1,600 square feet of private living space on the second floor, complete with a separate entrance. Enjoy a fully equipped, modern kitchenette featuring a refrigerator, hot plate, microwave, and six-seat bar. The spacious living room, stocked with games, leads to two bedrooms: The Blue Room (queen bed) and The Coterie (queen bed, two bunk beds, and a twin with trundle, sleeping up to eight). This wing also provides a full and a half bath for your convenience.

We really enjoyed our stay. Clean, quiet, and private with wifi available. Parking available right in the front. We even had a cookout in the backyard. I highly recommend this place.

Six seniors staying for a weekend bowling tournament in Fort Wayne. Pre-stay communication was excellent. Check-in was easy as all we needed was the code for the front door. Nice neighborhood. Class A baseball a block away. Fun bar/restaurant/entertainment a half block away. One of the owners stopped by on Saturday and told us about some nearby hangouts. All in all, a great stay and we plan on staying there again any time we have a bowling tournament in Fort Wayne
