I will never book at this property again. I bokked thru Expedia "pay at property " i get a phone call at 4pm demanding i give them credit card information to run my card right then. I use a prepaid card for booking, for these purposes, so if someone hacks my card, I can just cancel it. I was booking overnight for a business function and wasn't checking in unti 6pm or so. I told this guy that and he told me that i have until 5pm to give him a card he can charge right then or loose the reservation. Well.... needless to say, We choose to not keep the reservation due to the lack of professional of this hotel and could tell our stay wouldn't be enjoyable.

Nothing special. Had to check in with a kiosk no person to person. I'm not a robot, shouldn't have to check in with one. Price on Expedia was misleading.

They have a virtual checkin machine that took a long time. The person on the other end was nice, but the machine was inefficient. I saw zero other staff while there (one night) and the door leading outside -which was right next to my room - was never locked. I felt a bit unsafe. They also charged $25 extra for each pet. So ultimately, my choice to pick an inexpensive pet-friendly hotel was totally inaccurate. I would not stay here again and it’s not likely I’ll stay in any other express inn since they have moved to hire less in hotel staff.

Was a decent place to stay while working out of town. If spending time there with a family I would recommending spending more and going to a nicer cleaner place.

Beware of Sneaky Fees
The carpet was terribly stained. Room was dark over all. Furniture was sticky. The kiosk was impersonal and awkward and they tried to add on a pet fee as I was checking in. $25 per cat per night. When I explained that nothing was mentioned on the site about a pet fee, they didn’t deny it but said it was their policy. I said I wanted to cancel my four day reservation and I was told I needed to go through hotels.com. That was a whole other ordeal. We settled on charging me for one night (plus pet fee) and canceling the last three days. I don’t have a problem with the fees but don’t present them to your customers after you’ve quoted them a price! It’s a deceiving practice.
