This house does use well water that is softened but does have a different smell than chlorinated city water. The toilets are cleaned and disinfected but may have a ring around the water from the hard well water. This property has front door access that faces the street if you'd like to park there. Or there is parking in the driveway as well as the garage that is for your use!
