Our room was filthy on check in - hair, crumbs, and stains on the sheets, and the floor had not been vacuumed. I’ve never left a hotel before, but we immediately left. The person at the front desk was the only good thing about the hotel, and she quickly processed a refund and was extremely understanding. Still waiting on Expedia to refund though!

We stayed three nights. We noticed on the third night that there was mold in the shower wall close to the tub. Room 212. My husband and I both have respiratory issues and there was no ventilation in the room.

I always appreciate that the property has always been clean and quiet. Its convenient to many stores and restaurants. On the othet hand, I did call the front desk to report that the light on the bathroom mirror was not working and was told that maintenance was gonebuy she would have them take a look tomorrow which was my check out date. This made it very hard to do my face because the other 2 lights was dim as well. Also, the stopper in the sink didn’t allow the water in the sink to drain freely. I haven’t had any issues in the past, but it would have been nice to be moved to a new and better room.

This property had loud welding and drilling I had to leave immediately as it was ongoing and gave me a migraine . They then were not at the front desk nor did they answer the phone when Expedia called for a refund

Booked this hotel for convenience and amenities. My family was looking forward to the breakfast which was to be served at 0600. I inquireed about coffee for around 0430 which is the normal time time for me and wife. We were told it would be available at time in the breakfast area. We drank what was available in the room the night before. Around 0530 the next morning we went down for coffee, what was available was cold from the day before. I inquireed and the young mad said coffee was not available until 0600 with breakfast. I told him the young lady before told us it would be, and he said "She did not know what she was talking about" as he played games on his phone. We asked about more coffee to make in the room, he looked in one drawer and said we don't have any more. We came back to our room. At 0615 we went back no coffee no food. Same young man said lady did not show up to make breakfast and coffee. Two guest were waiting for the same services. All of us left at 0645 with no food or coffee, the site says that is part of they offer. We g a d to leave and go buy breakfast at restaurant to stay on time for appointments. Young man lead us to believe brew as ass being made but after asking for time frame he said "I texted GM and waiting on reply."The night we stayed was quite cool. The heater in the room (216) did not keep up with what was set on the thermostat. Had to keep getting up during the night to turn it up to keep room warm. Set on 85 to get 7p, tstat must be broke!

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The only thing we didn’t like was the elevator, kinda slow. The stairwell they have is large and open to the building so it felt 💯 safe. I enjoyed my stay

A reservation here doesn't mean you'll get a room
In my 33 years of business travel, I've never arrived at a hotel with a reservation and not been provided a room. Well it happened here. The staff had no idea what was going on other than the fact that no rooms were available. While they set me up in a hotel next door, the fact this happened tells me they can't be trusted to effectively manage a hotel.

The bathroom was dirty, had ants crawling , human hairs. Very unmaintained … tile grout was missing, bathtub faucet loose from wall. Me and my husband could not sleep well because our nasal passages became closed from apparently dust and such. The carpet had dirt spots on it.

VERY Noisy A/C fan. Key card didn't work TV remote didnt work Heater/ AC didn't work in one room. The issues were fixed, but took time when we were trying to get to Thanksgiving dinner. Rooms should be ready to be occupied without having all the problems!

Clean rooms, terrible front desk
The actual hotel was nice, clean and comfortable. The check in process? Not so much. Neither of the front desk people greeted me. I walked in to blank stares with a manager (Im assuming) telling her fellow employee that a mistake was made on his part. Throughout the entire check in process no one spoke to me besides to say they needed my ID and credit card. I was handed my keys and they went back to talking to one another (not that they stopped, they were talking throughout the whole process) The lady didnt tell me where my room was, or anything else. I had to ask "is that all?" and they both looked at me like I was the dumb one for still standing there. Im just used to customer service people ACTUALLY being helpful and COMMUNICATIVE. Please be more courteous to your guests. I work in customer service myself and this was just a terrible experience. I didnt even feel comfortable asking questions because neither this lady or the other employee spoke to me.

Little things add up. Underwear in one room upon arrival. A dead cricket in another. No hair dryer in one room, so we shared the other room's dryer with our son and his daughter. No hot water, so the showers were warm. at best. We were on the top floor, so that may explain it. Breakfast was skimpier than most Fairfield's we have been to. The workout room had very old treadmills. The one I used stopped every 60-90 seconds saying that it couldn't identify anyone using it. On the bright side, the lady overseeing breakfast was a wonderful example of a caring employee. The AC worked great, the parking was free and easy to navigate, and both TV's worked well on all stations.

Was a pleasant stay overall. However there was left over food in fridge from previous guests and found trash and cigarettes behind night stand. Had issues with toilet not filling back up after flushing water wouldn’t fill tank back up.

The room smell like food , the bathroom door didn’t lock , the bathroom floor was all broke you can cut your feet whit it you can remove it whit your hand horrible , no shower curtain , i was hair on the bed and bathroom floor wasn’t clean , sofa bed when we open it i was crumbs of food on the bed , for me this place is the worst hotel i ever visit , the staff was super nice and respectful

Disappointing
Based on the ratings, we were expecting more than we got. After we arrived, the lamps in our room went dark. We realized it was probably a tripped breaker so we asked the front desk to check it out. Julio was very helpful and reset the breaker so the lights worked. About 15 minutes later, the lights went out again, were reset and then went out again. We had to move rooms and then tried to watch a Netflix movie but the internet was so slow that it was impossible. There were more problems than I can share here. Very disappointing stay!
