"The hotel is a little peripheral to the train and central Fort Worth, though walkable to them (20+ minutes). I chose it for its low price, and got much more than expected, including a full breakfast, late check out time (which I didn't use but which was nice to have) and free replacement amenities (I needed extra toothpaste which was on hand). Very friendly and helpful staff."

"We were NOT informed that daily house keeping would not be provided. Checked in on Thursday and my room was not cleaned until Sunday. We were checking out on Monday, We had to get clean towels ourselves as housekeeping had left for the day. I had to call on an outside line to reach the front desk as they were in the back when I needed to check out to catch my flight."

"Early Mother’s Day trip for 2 new moms (1 pregnant) and a grandmother. Hotel staff all very professional & friendly. Moms had great time at spa. Rooms clean & roomy. Staff fixed a/c issue quickly. Would recommend this hotel."

"We had a pleasant stay all around and will be staying here on our next visit. Staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was good, i loved the waffle stations and the other breakfast options. The 24 hr. coffee and tea was station was nice as well. We enjoyed our free shuttle ride with the wonderful drivers on staff."
