the room was outdated, the cabinets were damaged, no breakfast, and homeless people around the property....netherless was a quiet place, however i will not be booking again on this property....it feels so insecure, not recomended for families with children....

Bathroom grout was black with neglect, pull out sofa bed - reserve was for 3 adults- was pancake thin mattress with stains and that bed was not made, nor did it have linens in the room. Toilet paper was not within reach of the toilet when seated. Staff tried but could do nothing without manager approval. I cancelled the second night but only got refunded half of the daily rate. I think Wyndham should remove this location from their brand. Very disappointed.

Staff was not friendly room was not as described. When I asked the front desk I was told it was hybrid picture they did not have that room. Room smelled like smoke. They’re breakfast was basically cereal.

Great choice and budget friendly
We stumbled into this hotel after our first choice was not what was advertised. We arrived late in the evening and the lady working the front desk was GREAT. She was friendly and super helpful, she got us all booked in and sent us to our room. The room was comfortable and clean and the beds were great!! My husband and i stayed in a double queen room with our three kids and had absolutely no complaints. The only thing that would have made it better is if they had breakfast but we would absolutely stay there again!

The description ‘Accessible’ did not say ‘Handicap Accessible’. We had NO idea we would be in a handicap room. The clerk who checked us in was hard to understand and he kept asking if we smoked, vaped, did pot-we said no. We said we were there for a retirement party for our nephew and he kept asking what our nephew did wrong. We said nothing-he was retiring from the navy. Honorably. He said, what did he do wrong? Nothing. He is an officer and retired as a commander. He was convinced we smoked (my 70 year old sister &myself who is 61 years. Upon arriving after driving 11 hours on 9/20 - we were taken to this handicap room. The bathroom had dirty towels on the floor. Upon returning to the counter we were told we had to pay $34.50 to move to a different room. This room was just ok. We ran to the grocery store. Upon our return we found big bugs (big cockroach to name one) on the floors (I have photos). The Manager was super nice and helpful at 9:30 pm, she moved us to yet another room. Roma Patel was super helpful and nice. This 3rd room was better. After seeing all the bugs in the previous room (which I was charged an extra $34.50 for). We went ahead and stayed until our departure date on 9/24. We only slept there since we were visiting our nephew who celebrated his retirement from the Navy as a Commander. We slept with all of the lights on so that if there were any bugs we hoped they would not come out. The main Manager was to call us yesterday - but did not.
