Great location

Good location in downtown Ft Worth and very clean. The communication was awesome and the pictures match the space. Highly recommend if you are looking for a place downtown. We will be back for sure!

Nice loft (9.5/10)

I stayed in this loft for four days during a conference. The property is spacious and the owner was responsive and descriptive about the property and any auxiliary information. Also a great spot in downtown. I recommend it.

All Around Thumbs Up

This property was everything it was advertised to be. The host was great at communicating and instructions were easy to follow. The location was great, we walked to a wonderful restaurant for dinner, then walked to a movie and in the morning, crossed the street for breakfast. Parking was relatively close and reasonable, for the whole weekend, we spent $25 on parking since we were able to find some street parking for free. The accommodations were just as the pictures showed. This unit was quiet. I would definitely stay here if you want to be close to everything and get the true feeling of being in Down Town Fort Worth!

The location was just as described, close to everything and great city life experience with all the fixins’ The one negative is that it says it sleeps 4 but the second bed is a blow-up bed. I was expecting a pullout couch for the other 2 ADULTS in our party. It slowly kept deflating during the night so we would have to blow it back up. “Blow-up bed” should be noted in the description and it should say “sleeps 2”. One thing I will also mention, that is not part of my rating because I agreed to it, is the final expense of the loft. The nightly fee is affordable but once you add ALL the fees into the price, it would have been way more affordable to get the hotel next door with way more amenities. Will communicated effectively and the instructions were smooth and easy to follow. We had a blast in Ft Worth but the property was way overpriced when you have to sleep on a blow-up bed for $1,000.

The location was good and the staff was responsive however, the room is located directly across from the trash room and our room smelled like terrible for the majority of our stay. We also weren't able to get in when they hadn't provided us the correct code to check in.
