This refined Kress loft is built for two — a queen bed, 20-ft ceilings, dedicated workspace, and a fully equipped kitchen. Bass Performance Hall is around the corner. Sundance Square is steps away. The Stockyards are ten minutes out. Quiet, elevated, and exactly where you want to be in Downtown Fort Worth.

The entire space is included in this rental with exception of one supply closet that is locked. Plenty of closet space and includes a luggage rack.

❤️ You are in the heart of Downtown Fort Worth. It's an incredible location, but there will be some noise at nights especially on the weekends. This has not been an issue for most guests, but if you're a very light sleeper I want you to be aware before booking.

The closest parking lot is just two blocks away, and there’s a convenient loading zone directly in front of the building. Metered street parking is free on Saturdays, Sundays, and weekdays after 6 PM.

If you need to unload luggage, the 10-minute loading zone in front of the Kress building is available for your use. Please note that this area is closely monitored, so avoid leaving your vehicle unattended to prevent fines.

This unit features a modern industrial design with exposed ductwork. As part of this design, you may occasionally hear normal building sounds.
