TERRIBLE!!! 1)We had no shower curtain for the shower the front desk agent told us he couldn’t get one because the housekeeping closet was locked and they had no access. 2) Our first room had no heat at all!! And dead roaches!! 3)The room they moved us to had no heat as well to where they had to bring a small electric one which did nothing!!! 4) The smell of the entire hotel smelled like mold, fried food, and cigarettes!!! 5) The beds were hard as bricks!! 6) It’s like a MAZE to get from the front desk to your room. 7)This was the worst stay experience I have ever dealt with when traveling and staying. 8) Its completely outdated, not clean, staff ok but lost on how to handle situations. It’s more of a live in hotel and the pictures are VERY deceiving!!! If it would not have been for the fact it was late when we checked in from traveling 7 hrs with my elderly father we would have NEVER stayed. Plus there was NOTHING around that we could book with the events that were going on that weekend. I would not rate this hotel a one star!!!

The plas is run down, trashy with liter in the hall hallways, smells bad with an odor in the halls, and just not worth the stay or any payment cost.

This place was HORRIBLE!!!! IT was the worst place I could have ever stayed. Lot of seedy people around asking for money. Followed me to my car. The sheets were disgusting. The room was horrible. I will never stay here again. There was fighting and partying with heavy weed smells. Even though I didn't stay the night because I felt unsafe and my room is untouched I doubt I will get my deposit back because the front staff was rude and acted like I was a criminal. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

The room we stayed in was infested in roaches. They were everywhere on floor, walls, in the toliet! And when I called the front desk he said that they didn’t have any other rooms and after I wouldn’t budge he said well I have another room for you. The other room didn’t have roaches but by that time I was already disgusted and didn’t even want to stay anymore and felt uncomfortable.

The motel reeked of weed and there were roaches in our room. The elevator didn’t work the entire stay and we were on the third floor. The complex was dirty and not well kept up with.

Less than perfect
People at the front desk were nice but once I got in the room, it was not very nice. The refrigerator was all scratched up and had huge dents in it. The shower head had a constant drip that was annoying and the when we tried to turn the heat on, the unit was so loud, we had to turn it off. Also, the beds literally did not have blankets, but had the equivalency of two sheets on them. The door separating the bedroom from the living area was missing, and the unit which came with a small kitchen area, didn’t have things like paper towels. Lastly, no ice machine in the entire hotel.

Got the ground floor room I requested for my mom who was in wheelchair. That was a must! Separate rooms to sleep, watch tv w/o waking sleeping family members was excellent. Ease of getting to and from hotel to AT&T Stadium to watch football game was great!

The building was old and smelled terrible. The room had the AC that sounded like someone was drilling in our room all night. The bed smelled of mold snd the couch was more than of questionable cleanliness- I draped towels over it so the kids could sit down …. I was extremely disappointed

The room was spacious, I loved everything about the hotel expect for the elevator. elevator was not working so I had to use the stairs.

This place is dirty not a clean place to sleep. Everything is out dated the plugs don't work, nor able to charge my phone.

Don’t stay here
There were bugs in the bed, the walls had horrible water stains, there was only a sheet for a blanket and the fan would not work. Would not recommend!
