Checked in and out in less than 10 minutes. Common areas and room was dirty. Roaches ran out when the light was turned on. You should be ashamed to offer this property.

Room was spacious, a lot of room to sleep in. Recommend for sleep only and not for like hanging out. Place smelled a lot like marijuana and the hallways smelled like urine most of the time. It’s cheap and good for visiting the popular locations nearby. The area outside is a bit sketchy.

Not a place for families

This was fine for a one night stay however this is not a good place for people with families because people live their and it’s not very clean looking on the outside it smells like dogs on the inside hallways The rooms are clean bathrooms and all this is just not a place for a family trip and no one is ever at the desk when checking out I was just waiting because nobody was there

The hotel is situated in a convenient location just off the highway, which is a plus. However, the overall facility seemed a bit questionable, and there was a noticeable odor throughout the hotel, both in the common areas and in my room. The couch had an unpleasant smell that made it uncomfortable to use, while the bed was acceptable, but the overall quality and condition of the hotel left much to be desired. I have stayed at many properties from this chain, but this was the first time I felt disappointed. I was grateful that my stay was only for one night.

The staff were all very nice and I like the layout of this property. They were old apartments converted into motel rooms, so mine actually had a balcony. However, the hallways were littered with trash, no trash cans available to clean up after other people. Stained and smelly carpets. The actual room did not have any carpet, but it smelled heavily of cat urine. It’s a good thing I brought a candle ** They also did NOT stock any type of soap or shampoo in the shower. Only one single bar of hand soap for the sink that happened to be clogged anyways.

Don't stay here!

This place was unsafe, dirty, and just uncomfortable because there were permanent tenants who were loud (radio blasting) and constant "sketchy" people walking around the area. I would NOT RECOMMEND. Also. Look at the photos..it should tell you the condition of this place. I didn't take a picture but when we were sanitizing the counters and stuff, we came upon a used toothbrush in one of the restroom drawers. That goes to show you how much they clean these rooms. NO THANKS! *only thing is the front desk worker was very kind*

My Two Cents

I wanted to give an honest review- i saw many negative reviews even some people saying not to stay here. First of all finding a room on a Friday night in the area near the Dallas Cowboys Stadium under $100 is nearly impossible. Our room was clean, very minimalist with a kitchette. I saw all the typical things you would find at an air B&B in the kitchen. The floors, bathroom & couch was clean. I saw no bugs or roaches. The bed, mattress & sheets were clean. This building complex looks like an older apartment building; hence the layout. Exterior needs updating yes- i saw a very old tennis court- probably belonged to apartment complex (not in use now) obviously. I saw some people sitting outside, but no one appeared dangerous or strung out on drugs. Our car was not stolen or vandalized. We stayed ond night and went on our way. If you want better amenities or better lodging.. this one is below your price range. The front desk attendant was nice, gave clear instructions & had a smile. In regards to the noice- i did not hear any unusal sounds, screaming or parties. Old yes, needs a facelift- yes. Do you get what you pay for? Probably.

Overall the area was not pleasing. Usually once arrived in room, you can forget about the outside, unfortunately that was not the case either. The room smelled terribly of smoke.
