This completely renovated house in the Historic District of City Fort Worth is less than 10 minutes to three major US Interstate Hwys:I-820, I-30 and I-35, less than 15 minutes from Six Flags over Texas, AT & T Stadium/Dallas Cowboys Stadium, American Airlines Center, Texas Christian University (TCU), Texas Wesleyan University, about 5 minutes from Down Town Fort Worth, 25 minutes from DFW International Airport, many restaurants and major stores like Walmart, Costco are close by, and many more too numerous to catalog.

The cleanest VRBO I have stayed in ever

I was impressed by how clean it was. The house is an older house built in the 50s and updated recently. It was located between fort worth and Dallas and made our stay convenient for traveling to those cities. The only thing we lacked was the check-in/check out instruction binder that most places have. Detailing the wi-fi and places of interest as well as check out instructions like what to do with garbage/ bedding. Overall not a bad place at all

A place with a few problems

The microwave was too high. The water in kitchen would never get hot, even after turning tankless heater to max. No drying towels in kitchen. No extra paper towels

Disappointing

House & host needs some work...house Was advertised to have a Hot Tub. Description clearly states Hot Tub in 3 different areas of tge listing. We traveled 2 days in a car trusting the listing to arrive to...1st thing, house smells of mold/mildew as soon as u open the front door. We came in alittle after dark, gated front door, no porch light, not very nice neighborhood & even neighbor had bars on their windows. Little sketch but whatever. House looked nice....each bedroom had No interior door handle & a pad lock code box on the outside so the doors dont latch shut unless you are inside and Lock it...not cool for a mom, what happens if the kids in there & gets hurt...i gotta kick down a door. Again whatever 🙄 . But then, each bed had 1 wash rag, 1 hand towel & 1 bath towel...humm me & my old man are supposed to share a towel & wash rag for 4 nights ? No extra towels or wash rags anywhere. Also No kitchen towels or dish rags, nothing to wash a dish with. Getting frustrated at this point! Apparently the whole day of rain we traveled in had soaked into the roof luggage rack and my clothes were soaked of course. Ok find the dryer.. its in the garage & its like 90* in the garage & Didn't work. And No Hot Tub, not even a jet tub, shower heads need cleaned, they spray everywhere out of only a few working holes. Live silverfish & spiders, webs in hallway & bedroom corners. Just not what we expected with the amount of $$ we spent
