Walking in there were several estranged guests, one of whom was behind the counter complaining about his car being stolen from the parking lot. The woman at the front desk was trying her best but was undoubtedly overwhelmed and had no help. The single elevator they have was extremely slow. The room ...

Hyatt Place Fort Worth/Hurst
The room was clean. We were given the wrong breakfast hours and day 2 when we did go to breakfast it was really bad. There was not. A lot of food and the options were minimal. Also the elevator was pretty old and made a lot of noise.
