The hotel is in a perfect position , but it is worn , in need of love and care , the pool is dirty ( low season) , but it is good value for money ( cheap)

Hotel in decline

I have visited this hotel several times before and the decline was surprising. The pool was dirty , the AC in my room did not work , The hot water did not work . We where the only guests at the hotel and only 2 staff . Wifi and breakfast was acceptable-

Hotellet är ett " budget hotell" men ligger bokstavligen 3 minuter till fots från en fantastisk strand när man tröttnat på poolen. Vid vårt besök pågick en del renoveringar som störde lite dagtid, men det är under lågsäsong . Rummet var bra om än " basic" , badrummet hade relativt mycket insekter , men det är ju trots allt Brasilien.Både middag och frukost var bra, baren var stängd. Hit kommer jag tillbaks .

lugar muito agradável , reflete muito a natureza , paisagismo impecável , proprietários e funcionários muito simpáticos e prestativos . Estadia decepcionante

A estadia foi decepcionante. No check in fui surpreendida por estar utilizando o Hotels.com. O semblante de insatisfação com esse tipo de estadia estava estampada no rosto do proprietário. Outro ponto negativo foi o café da manhã (poucas opções e foi servido as mesmas opções nos dois dias que passei no hotel). Falam que o hotel é beira mar mas não é (é importante frisar esse ponto). Não temos direito de pegar toalha para uso na piscina do hotel. Caso queira toalha para utilização da piscina, cobram uma taxa por isso. A limpeza do hotel deixa a desejar, pois fiquei duas diárias no hotel e os quartos não foram limpos, nem retirados os lixos de banheiro etc. No site do Hotels.com não discrimina que precisamos pagar uma taxa por levar pet e ao chegar no hotel fui informado do pagamento dessa taxa. Importante frisar que o hotel diz aceitar pet mas fui pessimamente recebida nesse quesito. Não aconselho ninguém levar pet nesse local. Inclusive o hotel deveria tirar esse item como permitido.

estadia com a família

estadia foi tranquila. Devido ter marcado no dia do meu aniversário me deram mais 8h extras de estadia, fazendo q eu e minha familia pudéssemos curtir um pouco mais. A pousada é bem tranquila, os donos são bem amigáveis. Tive um problema com meu chuveiro elétrico que foi resolvido pelo dono da pousada na mesma hora. Peca um pouco no café da manhã q é beeeeem razoável (talvez porque tinha poucos hóspedes) e adorei o bolo de aniversário que foi encomendado junto com eles. Quarto era agradável, ar-condicionado estava ok. Não gelava muito mas do jeito que estava ficou agradável a dormida.

Hospedagem ótima mas ocorreu situação desagradável

Fui muito bem atendido, o local é aconchegante, bem limpo. No entanto, ocorreu uma situação desagradável. Realizei a reserva pelo app, depois entrei em contato com o hotel para confirmar a reserva. Fui informado de que eles só liberavam reserva pelo app acima de 15 diárias e que não sabiam como eu tinha conseguido reservar apenas 1 diária. Mesmo assim, fui muito bem atendido mas senti um clima desagradável. Para piorar percebi que, paguei por 1 quarto com um valor e fui colocado em 1 quarto com o valor mais barato. Quando cheguei eu até suspeitei, não falei nada porque poderia está equivocado. No outro dia percebi e tive a certeza que fui enganado. Quero saber se o Hotéis.com pode resolver essa situação de pelo menos ressarcimento. Se nao resolverem, vou atrás dos meus direitos.
