É uma hotel antigo, que precisa de cuidado. A localização é muito boa. O atendimento também é muito bom. O estacionamento é pago, tem poucas vagas, porém tem onde estacionar nos entornos. O quarto tem mofo nas paredes e o ar condicionado começou a pingar no último dia. O banheiro tinha mosquinhas e o café da manhã, apesar de gostoso, era o mesmo todos os dias. Contatos a meu hospedar, então caso vá, não crie muitas expectativas.

Atendimento na recepção demorado, pouca informação. Área do quarto ar condicionado não gelou, mobilia velha, toalhas bem desgastadas. Banheiro, o chuveiro não esquentou, o vidro Box só tinha a parte fixa a porta não tinha. Rejunte do banheiro sujo demais, tampa do vaso quebrado, a porta do banheiro sem pintura. No geral a aparência do quarto muito ruim com cara de bem desgastado sem nenhum capricho bem diferente da imagem colocada no anúncio. Decepção total! Não recomendo!!!

Ao chegar no hotel, fomos informados que haveria uma taxa diária para usar o estacionamento do hotel, informação esta que não nos foi repassada no ato da reserva. O quarto não dispõe de chuveiro elétrico, estrutura antiga, dos elevadores do hotel, apenas o de serviço estava funcionando. Fomos acordados na madrugada com uma situação que estava acontecendo no andar de cima que causou transtornos a todos, o hotel nem ao menos pediu desculpas ou comunicou sobre.
