Ótima opção de estadia na cidade de maracanau, atendentes muito prestativos. A única observação que farei é sobre o chuveiro. Um ótimo chuveiro mas com muitos pontos entupidos. Precisa de manutenção.

O hotel entrega o que se espera de um ibes style: apartamentos clean/moderno, limpo, confortavel, cafe da manha completo, equipe simpatica e opcoes de snacks/chocolates/bebidas para comprar na recepcao. Só achei bem ruim eles nao terem toalha de rosto, apenas de banho e piso.

O quarto estava cheio de moscas mortas, esqueceram de limpar, pois no dia anterior passaram veneno, e ninguém foi ver antes de passar as chaves para os Hóspede. No Café da manhã as vezes faltavam talheres e outras xicaras, é bizarro isso para um IBIS !

Com valor menor há lugares melhores que dão café d

Digamos que o maior "problema" seja pagar um valor alto para não ter direito nem a uma garrafa de água. Mesmo que você queira tomar só um café simple com um pedaço de pão tem que pagar 27,90 por pessoa. Quarto bonito, mas tv com péssima imagem e só deixaram roupa de cama e copos por pedirmos, o que comunente já é o mínimo de se ter em um quarto de hotel. Em relação aos atendentes, todos prestaram um bom atendimento. O estacionamento é a céu aberto, o que é ruim pois carros ficam expostos a chuva, sol e poeira. Trata-se de um hotel para se isolar, mas não tem bons atrativos para ocupar o dia. Saimos cedo por nao ver motivos para ficar até meio-dia (tomamos um café bem melhor e comemos bem fora de lá por menos de 12 reais para duas pessoas), o hotel precisa repensar algumas coisas para cobrar uma diária de 250 reais.
