Location: the villa is ideally located in the quiet area of Pacheco, 15 km from the center of Fortaleza and 14 km from the center of Cumbuco.
Cumbuco is a small fishing village north of Fortaleza which has become a renowned tourist center over the past 20 years. There are good restaurants, lively bars in the evening and a beautiful beach. In the region the trade winds blow a large part of the year which has made Cumbuco a kite-surf spot of world reputation. Surfing and windsurfing are also very popular.
With its endless deserted beaches and dune fields, the region is a paradise for buggy or quad rides. You can also go horse riding on the beach and in the dunes or even practice sailing on jangadas, these small sailboats typical of the Brazilian Northeast.
The proximity of Fortaleza, a large city of 3 million inhabitants with its international airport, state-of-the-art shopping centers, shows and other entertainment is an added advantage.
