「Room was great! Drains drained in shower and sink. Low water pressure 😔」

「I love this place and will always come back. Excellent facility!」

「The room was clean and organized and the staff were very professional great service」

「We were concerned about the reservation not being cancelled and called on (2) occasions. Both Front Desk or Call Center agents were so helpful, patient and provided excellent customer service, I'm so sorry I don't recall their names now. Otherwise, the stay was wonderful and I would definitely recommend to others.」

「主要服务员以及前台服务态度太差！带有种族歧视很严重」

「The hotel its self is fine for a few night stay I personally wouldnt stay more than 2 or 3 nights. The resort across the street has a beautiful pool that your able to use and you can get breakfast and lunch over there as well but no dinner the restaurant closes at 3pm. And there is no restaurants close by to have dinner. I did hear you could take a ferri to port lucaya and have dinner but when I was looking for the ferri it wasnt available. It took hours to get towels replaced. I did not have WiFi in my room my entire stay. The first day I notified staff, I was told “all rooms have...

「Todo muy bonito una experiencia inolvidable volveré primero dios」

The place is understaffed and the staff is often times unprofessional, nonchalant, and rude. The restaurant isn’t always open when it’s supposed to be, leaving me having to order food and take expensive taxi rides out in town. When it is open, the food is average at best and overpriced. There’s nothing within walking distance. The telephone in the...
