"If it is your first time in Guangzhou I would highly recommend this hotel to you. They helped us recovered my bag when I left it on a DIDI ride while on the way to the hotel. While we could not check in early, they provided us with hot drinks while we wait for our room. Each time we were in distress, the staff impressed us with excellent service and advise. The staff we met here are all well trained and I am specifically impressed with them. The room is clean, spacious, well equipped. Water pressure, optimal. Super for a tired day of shopping. The breakfast was sumptuous. Different types of eggs (even tea egg), automated coffee machine, fresh fruits, many types of cheeses, yogurts, fresh juice choices and also on demand, takeaway coffee on demand, all the stuff that we enjoy. They are equipped with robots that deliver your ice/ water to your room. This hotel is a 11/10 experience in our opinion. Will be back if we visit Guangzhou again."

"I had an excellent experience staying at the brand-new Hilton hotel in Guangzhou, China. The hotel is beautiful, modern, clean, and truly deserves its five-star rating. Everything from the facilities to the service was outstanding. What really made my stay special was the exceptional service I received from Ano at the Concierge desk. He went far above and beyond to help me throughout my entire journey. When I first landed in Guangzhou, I quickly realized that my phone service was not working and that Uber was not available here. I was completely unfamiliar with how to get around, but Ano immediately stepped in and helped me set up the necessary Chinese apps, showed me how to use them, and taught me how to navigate the city. What impressed me even more was that on my last day, Ano was actually off work, but he still took the time to show me around and help me experience Guangzhou. That level of dedication and kindness is something I will never forget. Ano was always patient, professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. As someone visiting Guangzhou for the first time, I honestly don’t know how I would have managed without him. Without Ano, I would have been completely lost! He made my trip so much easier, more enjoyable, and stress-free. Hilton is very fortunate to have someone like Ano on their team. His service represents exactly what five-star hospitality should be. "This is probably one of the best Rosewoods I have ever stayed in. Everything about our stay was perfect. It was my birthday and they made me feel very special. I have stayed at other 5* hotels in Guangzhou but from now on this is the only place to stay. Pool beautiful and not crowded. Both bars very busy and great atmosphere. Really couldn’t fault it. Room was sensational too!!"
