“Room was outdated but clean. Airport shuttle runs every hour to airport which is convenient. However, you need to make a phone call to hotel in order to have shuttle from airport.”

“Good location”

Safe location and breakfast was served, including with the stay. If you rent a car, perfect for sightseeing the island. Rooms was comfortable. Front check-in was excellent customer service.”

“The hotel was nice and exceptionally clean. It was a very simple room. The breakfast was great. The pool was very nice and had plenty of lounge chairs as well as tables and chairs as well as a couple of BBQs that you could reserve. As always, my biggest complaint is the paid parking. I think that $45/night is absolutely ridiculous, even in Hawaii!”

“I booked this room specifically for the sea view, but it was barely visible through a tiny window that doesn’t even open. However, the biggest issue was the cleanliness. The bed sheets and covers were dusty and there's visible stains. When I called the front desk to request a change, the staff member was incredibly dismissive. They pointed at a coffee stain and told me it was 'too small' to worry about, even claiming they couldn't guarantee that other sheets would be any cleaner. While we……

“Room too small, there not that mouth thing to do in the hotel. Don’t understand the price logic at all”
