「Musty smell in hallways & in rooms. Bathroom sink was clogged. Water was slow drain. Telephone had a filthy & had “crud” on it. Caked on dust on toilet paper holder & refrigerator」

At end of day rush hour a bit noisy from the busy street/intersection. Room could use a thorough cleaning and some updates. Older mattress well past its' useful life.
