"We loved this hotel. The only drawback is we paid for a terrace. The ugliest terrace I have ever seen. Worn furniture, industrial venting, dead plants, no view - it looks like a leftover from the old days. Don’t charge for this if it is unusable. Great service, great food - we will return. Just not to this room."
