Charming 50 m² cottage, furnished for 6 people, just steps from the South Beach and the town center. It includes a living room with a fully equipped kitchenette, 3 bedrooms (2 with showers), and 2 toilets. Kitchen equipment: refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, etc. Comfort features: flat-screen TV, garden furniture, sun loungers, etc. Sleeping arrangements: 2 x 140 cm beds, 2 x 90 cm beds. Located 200 m from the South Beach and 150 m from the town center. To be paid upon arrival: two security deposits: €500 for the rental, €100 for cleaning, and tourist tax. Optional services to be arranged before arrival: bed linen €12 per bed per week, set of 2 bath or beach towels €12 per week, set of 2 bath mats €7 per week, kitchen linen (2 tea towels and 2 hand towels) €7 per week. Cleaning fee: €100. The rental is granted for a stay which begins on the day of arrival from 2:30pm and ends on the day of departure at 10:00am at the latest.
