"Charlie's place is just paradise. The location cannot be beat. The unit and grounds were impeccably clean and well stocked. Charlie makes life so easy by arranging airport transportation, having rental cars on site as well as a boat to rent. Kayaks and stand up paddle boards are also available free of charge. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at his place. We will definitely be back."

"Location was great with your own private little beach. Views were amazing. We brought rafts and floated at low tide to all the little sand bars. The path down to beach is very rough and full of rocks. The house is very basic with no frills. You have what you need with no extras. If all you need is a bed , bathroom and kitchen this works well. We were quite content and made it work. If you need more than you will pay alot more. I think its a great value for what you pay."

"Super clean. Even prettier than the pictures. You can kayak across the bay and watch amazing sunrises over the flats. We rented a boat from Charlie and visited the Moriah Harbour Cay National Park and the lazy river. We even kayaked down a few houses and snorkelled back and saw lion fish, barracuda, starfish, and lots of other tropical fish. Charlie was a fabulous host. We would stay again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend. "

"This property is very special. It's a vacation in of itself. It handled our 8 adults and two children (10 11) beautifully. Convenient to grocery etc. with a car rental. Quiet and serene. Good snorkeling right off the private beach. Comfy beds! Owner was very responsive. "

"Very nice clean and well maintained property. Nice pool and great location in the heart of Georgetown. Easy to get around Exuma if you rent a vehicle. The adjacent property "Beach Club" on Stocking Island was a great getaway location. The food was excellent and a very nice menu selection. Remember you are on Island Time, slow down and don't expect quick service but you will get great friendly service. The overall staff was great."

"Absolutely lovely experience. Everything was perfect! We were picked up on time airport was so easy! Transfer to villa was quick and easy! Rental car was waiting in the driveway when we arrived. Villa offered everything! Morning coffee on the deck, sea turtles, Kayaking, snorkeling ( right from the private beach), great food options, tons of beaches with the most beautiful turquoise water. Half day excursion with exuma water sports included, swimming with the pigs, iguanas, snorkel and a sand bar visit. Locals are warm and welcoming! Host is available, wildlife is everywhere."

"We enjoyed our getaway. Beautiful views of bay and ocean. Our room overlooked the turquoise ocean water. What a spectacular way to wake up and fall asleep with sound and sight of waves. Staff was very kind. Family style place-don’t expect luxury here. Rooms are clean and has coffee machine with pods and mini fridge. Wonderful time to chill and let go as it’s a simple island lifestyle. Enjoyed use of kayaks exploring waters and surroundings. ."
