“Charming cottage with a beautiful view from every window. Loved waking up to a group of Canadian geese and a momma deer with her fawn would come by in the afternoon. We packed in our groceries and seasonings, however the kitchen had a plethora of seasonings, coffee cocoa and fixings for pancakes! Beds were comfy, but small. Grandpa is a large fellow with mobility disability, so grandma had to climb the steep steps to the loft. If you have allergies or nose is sensitive to musky scents of an aged……

“Lovely home recently renovated. Host very responsive. Can walk to casino if you are into that. Big back yard.”

“The house was just overall very comfortable and in a convenient area. Wasn't very far from anything and was in a nice spot. Property was nice and well kept as well.”

“Well located property for our needs. Clean, organized and filled with very helpful instructions. We were impressed at the toiletries provided as well as kitchen cleaning supplies (like a wrapped new sponge) and the coffee. All these little niceties made a difference. Also, management was very responsive to an issue as we arrived.”

“The house was perfect for our needs- large fenced backyard with a nice deck meant our dog was quite happy! Centrally located meant everything we wanted to do was “4 minutes away” the house clearly use to be some sort of a home care facility and has nice amenities for anyone in a wheelchair. ”

“First impressions as you pull up are that the neighborhood is great, the waterfront location is great. But this property is dated, and in bad need of repair and TLC. When you walk into the house it only gets worse. The yard is more dandelions than grass and has significant areas where it was just dirt and gravel bits. There was no pleasing landscaping or anything cheery or happy about this house or the property. The dock has rotten boards. Some missing. Others lifted, warped, and the paint……

“We arrived at the property and immediately noticed that the floors were sticky. Carpets were stained all throughout the house and everything was very dirty. We thought we would be able to just clean it up ourselves but even after scrubbing the floors they were sticky. The mattresses were all dirty and 1 was completely unusable. Cleanliness (or non-cleanliness) aside, our biggest problem with this house was that it was completely unsafe. All of the smoke detectors were located in the wrong spots……
