“Was a good stay, we were there for a short period of time , breakfast was good Only complaint was that our room smelled bad, had to spray body spray all over to cover it up”

“The room was clean, the bed comfy. Everything was nice and renovated with a really modern flair except the shower head which was straight outta 1980 and obviously hadn't even been serviced and couldn't spray a proper stream of water. Why renovate an entire bathroom and choke on a $40 shower head? The corridor outside had a musty smell that makes me think the carpet hasn't been cleaned in awhile and the elevators were very dark lit only by two tiny lights. The real disappointment was the……

“The rooms were clean, we spent two (2) nights, our room wasn't cleaned. I don't know if you have to ask for cleaning. Everything has changed since COVID. No parking available but underground had lots of room. I didn't see security, there were a lot of cars double parked. Overall, it was okay, really no complaints, it was just average. They did have breakfast, which I failed to see when I made the reservations. They embarrassed my husband when they asked him to leave but they never……

“This is a well maintained hotel. We have stayed several time and will continue to do so every time we come into Sherwood park. The hotel is clean and the bed is comfortable (not soft and saggy.). Breakfast is hot and there is a wide variety, and the bacon looks crisp and tastes crisp as well (we have stayed at Wyndhams where the bacon looks crisp but is very rubbery). The location is perfect, close to shopping and restaurants as well as the highway.”

“I was truly disappointed that we couldn’t open windows for fresh air. I called expedia for help. According to the lady i talked too, it was showing that some rooms had windows that could open. They said NO I tried to cancel the second night but they were absolutely no help. Since i had been told by expedia that they had. “The front desk staff were very pleasant and accommodating. There were 15 relatives staying in the hotel as we were in town for a memorial service the following day. We inquired as to whether we might be able to use a meeting room to gather for some visiting during the evening as we were coming from a variety of different cities. They were very gracious and allowed us to use a space at no charge which was greatly appreciated! My husband and I checked into our room and soon realized that the……

The hotel is conveniently located with walking shopping facilities. Appreciate its strict non smoking policy. Good value for money. What else can you expect?”

“We had a wonderful stay, Our room was clean and had 2 queen size beds which we actually needed. Lobby area is quite big and clean too, good options for breakfast. We were served by Sukhmeet at the front desk and he seems a helpful staff. Even the other staff in the morning were also helpful and cheering.
