Only detrimental comments would be, the sofa is very very soft and there was a lack of a pint glass for my partner pour a cold lager into. So, very minor and not criticisms, just commenting. 「we had a warm welcome from the owners before we even got the car on the drive the accommodation is spotless and all the equipment is like new we could not have been more happy. You get milk bread butter and a bottle of wine the essentials!! We had very happy stay and we would recommend to any one wishing to stay in the isle of man」

「We found the property spacious and well equipped. The view was amazing and we enjoyed watching boats come and go as well as the trams. Lovely pub down the road in the Terminus Tavern. We felt that the publicity photo of the house was a bit misleading in that it hides the very busy road that goes right part the front door of the house. This was loud and made access very difficult particularly with a young child. But overall it was a nice house and we enjoyed our stay.」

「We loved our stay! The house was perfect for us given it had an accessible layout on the ground floor. Everything was clean and spacious and all in working order. The gym and hot tub area was a real bonus too. We could hear the people next door v clearly through the adjoining doors but as everything else was ace, it didn’t seem to impact us negatively. We’ll definitely re book!」

「A well appointed property ideal for two people. The location in Port Saint Mary is very pretty and is ideal for exploring the coast on foot or by car. The local Coop has everything needed for self catering and there is a fish and chip shop (excellent and you can eat in), pizzeria and chinese take away (also good). The Manx steam railway stops at Port Saint Mary and the station is about 1 km from the property. Although High Street is restricted parking we had no problem parking on the Underway...

「The Empress is in a great location. The bus stop from the airport is extremely close (4). This id ideal for exploring the whole island. Staff were very friendly, we dropped off luggage prior to check in. The hotel seems to have recarpeted throughout and underlay very comfortable. Room was a Triple as we travelled as a family of 3 Adults. 3rd bed was a proper single not a pull out. Room was quiet, extremely clean and well maintained. Breakfast was faultless.
