Set in peaceful County Mayo countryside Fox's Well is a self contained country retreat situated minutes from the Wild Atlantic Way. A babbling stream passes by your private garden area and the local wildlife come to visit.
Fox's Well has a Fully Kitchen area with Electric Ceramic Hob. Fridge with Freezer and Kettle, Toaster, Microwave and Airfryer, We provide basic Cooking essentials, Plates, Cutlery and Glasses and Mugs. We provide a Self Cook Breakfast Hamper, Cooked Breakfast or Continental Hamper and BBQ Hamper on request for additional charge.
Fox's Well has slimline heaters throughout to keep you warm and cosy all year round and hot water on tap with your on-demand boiler. The bedroom is a spacious double room with a Comfy Double bed, Fully fitted Bathroom with a spacious 900x900 shower again with on demand hot water and a dual Rainwater and Hand Held shower. Water to Fox's Well is from our own Spring Water. Enjoy a power shower free from Chlorine or Chemicals. Fox's Well is an ideal getaway for a single traveller or a couple.
With a Spacious living room area relax on the sofa watching the wildlife through the french doors or enjoy a movie.
You are welcome to wander around the 1 acre field where Fox's Well is set. We have hammocks and Benches situated around the 1 acre for you to chill out.
An area of dark skies and sitting on an elevated location it is perfect for stargazing. Red deer can be seen most days on the hill opposite, Fox's Well has Sky TV and Free WIFI and a comfy 2 seater sofa to relax and watch a movie. Foxes, Badger and Pine marten call by for snacks and birds come to the feeder just outside your door. Located just 10 minutes from Ballycastle where you will find local shops, 20 minutes from Ballina you have all major shops and things to do. We have numerous Beautiful sandy beaches nearby and the wonderful Down Patrick Head. This little house is Ideal for relaxing after a day exploring the area.
Walking from Fox's Well there are miles of forestry roads to explore. And starting just 20 minutes away in Crossmolina you enter Nephin National Park.
